Who sets up the voice agent?
Our team, by hand. We get a phone number, write the greeting and call flow with you, set your hours and the number for urgent calls, and test it with you before it goes live.
Do you resell OpenAI or Claude keys?
No. We build and run the agents ourselves. You do not need your own AI account or key.
Which AI models do you use?
We pick a leading model for each agent and move to a better one when it comes out. You do not have to manage it.
What happens to my content?
It is only used to answer questions in your own agent. We do not sell it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, the monthly plan any time. The one-time set-up fee can not be refunded once we have started building your agent.
What is not allowed?
Spam, fake reviews, copying real people's voices, and anything in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may pause agents that break it.
