Money, plainly.

Can I cancel, and how do refunds work?

Cancel any subscription in My Stack. It keeps running until the end of the period you paid for, and there is no fee to leave. Downloads and software can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Set-up work can be cancelled until we start it. Once our team has started, it can not be refunded. This rule is not final yet: the refund policy has the current wording. Read the refund policy

Is tax included?
Prices are in US dollars, before tax. Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it, and you see it before you pay.
How do I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) on a secure Stripe checkout page. We never see or store your card number.
Can I pay once a year?
Not yet. Yearly billing opens soon. Until then every plan is billed monthly, and you can cancel any time.
Are there set-up fees?

Growth has a one-time set-up fee of $499, paid with the first month. The other bundles have none.

Can I mix and match?
Yes. Start with a bundle and add any product on its own, or skip bundles and buy only what you need.
What happens after I pay?
You get a short set-up form. Our team sets everything up and tests it, and you see every service, renewal and invoice in My Stack.
