Billing and refunds
All billing questions →Can I cancel, and how do refunds work?
Cancel any subscription in My Stack. It keeps running until the end of the period you paid for, and there is no fee to leave. Downloads and software can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Set-up work can be cancelled until we start it. Once our team has started, it can not be refunded. This rule is not final yet: the refund policy has the current wording. Read the refund policy
How do I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) on a secure Stripe checkout page. We never see or store your card number.
Is tax included?
Prices are in US dollars, before tax. Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it, and you see it before you pay.

People on our team. After you buy, you answer a few questions in a short set-up form. We do the rest and test it before we hand it over.
Can you move my current website and email?
Yes. Moving your site, email and DNS is included with hosting. We plan the move with you so your email keeps working.

We back up your sites regularly. Ask us and we restore one for you.
Can I leave?
Yes. Cancel any time. We give you your files, your database and your domain transfer code. No exit fees.
Domains and email

No. The price you see is the price every year. If a price ever has to change, we tell you before your renewal.
Can I move my domain away later?
Yes. Ask us for the transfer code. There is no exit fee.
AI agents
All AI agent questions →Do you resell OpenAI or Claude keys?
No. We build and run the agents ourselves. You do not need your own AI account or key.
What happens to my content?
It is only used to answer questions in your own agent. We do not sell it.
Kits and tools
All kit questions →What do I get after I pay for a kit?
The files show up in My Stack → Downloads straight away, and you can download them again later.
How does a software licence work?
One licence activates one computer. You can move it: free the old computer in My Stack, then activate the new one.
