Refunds and cancellation

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying.

When we refund a download or a software licence, we also turn off its licence key, and Super Editor stops working on the computers it was activated on.

Full refund until we start the work. No refund once the work has started.

Work starts when we begin the job, for example when we log in to move a site or set up email. A request that is still waiting in the queue can be cancelled by writing to [email protected].

Cancel any time. You keep the service until the end of the period you paid for. The current period is not refunded automatically. If something we run did not work and we could not fix it, write to us: we look at every case.

Domain fees are passed on to the registry. A registered name is not refundable after the registry’s short grace window, because we cannot get that fee back. The checkout says so before you pay. More in the domain registration terms.

A bundle is several products in one price. Each part follows its own rule above, and a refund of a bundle is worked out part by part.

Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account. Include the order date and the product name. We answer within 24 hours, in plain words.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank can take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Please talk to us before you ask your bank for a chargeback: it is usually faster for you.
